Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, and unopened in the original packaging. 
Only items that have been purchased directly from mrpuffshop.com can be refunded. Proof of purchase is required with a photo/video of the defective product. Please include your name, email address and order number when requesting a refund.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your case is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, please note that we can only issue a store credit or a replacement as a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
